Community Singing
Song Circles
A celebration of singing in community. Easy to learn songs taught by call and echo. Most of the songs we sing can be referred to as “pocket songs,” as in, they are small enough to fit into your pocket and take with you everywhere you go! Common themes are about belonging, gratitude, and celebration. Come as you are, and leave feeling uplifted and heart-full.

I hope to see you and sing with your sweet voices soon!
We will begin the evening by coming together in circle, and moving gently to sink into our bodies and beings. W’ll give some collective gratitude, and then dive right into song. Songs will be taught by call-and-echo, are fairly easy to learn, and no experience is needed. The evening will finish with a small ritual to plant the seeds of what’s to come this season. Align with your desires, nourish your spirits and delight in community.
There is limited parking available in the building’s lot, and carpooling is encouraged. We are asking for a sustainable contribution of $10-40, and please know that no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Please refrain from using scented products. There will be some chairs and floor pillows, but if you have a cushion or seat that works well for your body, please bring it. The evening will call for standing, sitting, and walking about. We hope to see you there.
209 is a gathering space for community. Please help us keep the space welcoming for everyone by refraining from the use of scented products. We want everyone to be able to join in the nourishing magic of singing and crafting in community.
